AWA Touring Services LLC a division of Alan Wasser Associates is currently seeking a Winter/Spring 2012 Booking Intern. AWA provides booking, and engagement management to touring productions. For a list of current shows please see our website www.awatouring.com.
The intern will be an integral part of the booking office team, concentrating on general administrative support for a fast-paced office, including filing, faxing, email communication, copying, phone work, errands, data entry, project-oriented spread sheets, travel and conference planning, daily ticket sales reporting, research, special projects and contracting.
Excellent communication and writing skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Office are required and mandatory as is previous office experience.
The position is a full time (40 hours), internship starting January 2012 and ending May 2012. Weekly PAID Stipend only. No phone calls please. Please email a resume and cover letter to info@awatouring.com and please put the word INTERN in the subject line.
